Zoltan Bathory

Five Finger Death Punch, also known as 5FDP or FFDP, is an American heavy metal band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2005. The original lineup included vocalist Ivan Moody, rhythm guitarist Zoltan Bathory, lead guitarist Caleb Andrew Bingham, bassist Matt Snell, and drummer Jeremy Spencer. Bingham was replaced by guitarist Darrell Roberts in 2006, who was later succeeded by Jason Hook in 2009. Snell left the band in 2010 and was replaced by Chris Kael in 2011. Spencer departed in 2018 due to health issues and was replaced by Charlie Engen. As of 2020, Andy James took over as lead guitarist, following the departure of Hook. Bathory remains the only founding member in the current lineup.

The band's debut album, "The Way of the Fist," was released in 2007 and gained commercial success in the United States. Their second album, "War Is the Answer," was released in 2009 and achieved Platinum certification by the RIAA. The third album, "American Capitalist," released in 2011, also attained Platinum status. Subsequent albums include "The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 1" (2013), "The Wrong Side of Heaven and the Righteous Side of Hell, Volume 2" (2013), "Got Your Six" (2015), and "And Justice for None" (2018), several of which have been certified Gold or Platinum. The band released its eighth studio album, "F8," in 2020, followed by "AfterLife" in 2022.

Five Finger Death Punch has performed at international music festivals such as Mayhem Festival and Download Festival across multiple years.

The group received several RadioContraband Rock Radio Awards, including "Indie Artist of the Year" from 2011 to 2014, as well as awards for "Album of the Year" for "American Capitalist" and "Song of the Year" for "Coming Down" in 2012, and "Video of the Year" for "Wrong Side of Heaven" in 2014.

As of 2025, the band has released nine studio albums, one live album, two compilation albums, one extended play (EP), and 33 singles.
