Great pickup for middle position on a strat

The perfect pickup to go between my jb trembucker in the bridge and hotrail at the neck in my HSS strat. This pickup configuration is awesome. I was a little worried that it wouldn't quite look right in comparison to the factory singles, but I love it and it shounds AWESOME.

Easy drop-in for my late 90s MiM strat in the bridge position. The tone is amazing, it makes the guitar ultra versatile. Worth every penny.

I bought a bridge pick up for my Olympic White Player Strat to give it thay extra kick. First of all very straight forward to fit and I bought mine in white to go with a white strat,white pickguard etc so it also looks practically standard until you notice the double row of mini poles. The sound ? Well am a guitar collector/hoarder so I've got Gibson LP and SG,Jackson,a Charvel plus 2 partscasters one loaded with classic Seymour Duncans HBs,the other with DiMarzio Super Distortions. One of the Jacksons has active pickups,my Japanese Squier has Hot Texas single coils,my other Player the standard Alnico V single coils. In other words I've got a lot of guitars with almost every kind of pick up combo from PAFs to EMGs and.... Nothing and I mean nothing sounds like my white Strat.I didn’t mess around with splitting or any of that,just installed it as a direct replacement bridge pick up. Mid and neck are the standard Player Alnico Vs. Nothing can touch that guitar. All my passive HB guitars don't have anything like the bite and the thick yet bright sound of the Strat. The EMGs and actives in one of my Jacksons may come close but lack the articulate,dynamics I get with this pick up. Actives are great at what they do but they tend to be good at that and less so for anything else. The Strat has as much bite,punch and the mid range to out do the actives but roll some volume and back off a little tone and it cleans up so well with out losing any definition and clarity. I don't remember what I paid for it as this was a year ago now at the least but whatever it was it was great value as it's by far the best guitar mod I've ever done . It's taken my favourite guitar and brought it alive in a whole new way. I cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone wanting to upgrade their Strat especially as it allows you to keep that original 3 single coil look that is so iconic 🙂

I have 7 Stratocaster and the JB jr. is in 2 of them. I have 5 Les Pauls and JB is in 2 of them. There are awesome sounding pickups!!!

All I've ever played are cheap, off-brand single coils in Squier Strats. I decided to buy the JB Jr and install it myself. I didn't think it was going to make much difference but I was wrong. I was very surprised, very pleased with the tone and couldn't put my guitar down after trying it. I'm in love with playing guitar all over again. Thank you SD!

Very surprised and pleased with how well balanced my strat is with the JB JR in the bridge position with a couple of single coils in middle and neck. Full sized humbuckers just don't mix well with single coils, but this one does. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade. Good job, Seymour Duncan!
