Installing these pickups was part of an overhaul of my Tele, which included a new nut, bridge, and pickguard. Also had the body cavities shielded and installed a new selector switch and a 500k volume pot. I am amazed at how the guitar sounds now, and this pickup set is a BIG part of it. The bridge pickup still has Tele “bite,” without the twang (which is fine for the styles I play), and sounds great with overdriven tones. The neck pickup has a Strat quality to it. I just really love these, and I’m glad I made the purchase!

I ordered the Little ’59™ Tele Set for my 20 year old telecaster as starting to get crackle and pops and just need to get replacements. After reading reviews and listening to them in many YouTube posts these sounded like a great alternative to std Tele pickups. I installed them with 2 Emerson Custom’s push pull knobs, 3 way switch and Orange Drop Capacitor. Now I get single or humbucker sound. WOW was I surprised. In single mode I get the traditional Tele sound. Pull up on knobs to activate the humbucker and it gives me an awesome sound close to my Les Paul Gold Top. This is a great set up instead of swapping guitars pull up and ROCK AWAY without any noise. They are much hotter than the original ones but don’t lose any tone. I installed the Little ’59™ Tele Set with 2 push pull knobs and .47uf drop orange cap. Fits perfectly and easy instructions that a beginner with little knowledge in electronics can install them. I have my tele sound without hum at all with a tone that is so sweet in down position. Pull up and here we go it is close to my Gold Top Les Paul without the extra weight. It is great being able to flip a switch and keep playing instead of switching guitars. I highly recommend them.
