Put those on my Gretsch

Put those on my Gretsch G2210 Streamliner Junior, and the guitar cane alive with sparkling highs and clear midrange notes, worth the price even when the cost of the pickups is 38% of the cost of the guitar.

Amazing!

This baby sounds amazing! I put it in my Fender Showmaster and the results were amazing! Beautiful cleans and yet perfectly able to handle crunch and rock. Perfect for worship music. Best upgrade ever. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely awesome pickups!

I put a set of these in a Tele HH style guitar with push/pulls for coil splitting. They sound amazing and are extremely versatile. I could not be happier. Highly recommend them.

Blown away.

It's been six months since I got a set of pysclone's installed, I have a es345 & I thought it looked & seemed a bit sacrilegious especially to your average gretch player. My es345 was a rock & blues machine but I wanted more to that sonic spectrum, I wanted raunchy rockabilly, country & jazz thrown into the mix. I own USA les pauls plus USA stratocasters, my physclone equipped es345 now covers more sonically territory then both combined. Running this through a marshall amp with the gain channel on sounds like liquid adrenaline. Six months on still blown away.

I love these pickups!!

I bought these for a guitar I made. Ibwas looking for a vintage look and I hoped they would sound great. I couldn't believe how good they sound!! Lots of grit and they clean up well when you roll the volume knob back. The tone is great and individual notes stand out even when distortion is cranked. Love the look of these as well. I do wosh there were some more color options. Some sort of black chrome would be cool. Ibhighly recommend these.

LOVE MY PSYCLONE PICKUPS

I have a 2011 Epiphone Emperor Swingster Royale. Great guitar, but was lacking in the volume, and tone that I need. I bought a pair of the Psyclone pickups, and had them professionally installed. I also own a Gretsch Chet Atkins 6120. My Epiphone sounds every bit as good now! These pickups are the greatest!

Hugely versatile!

Up to this point, I had only been familiar with PAF style HBs. However, the Psyclones beat them all. I have a set in my Talman (25.5" scale, Strat style vibrato, rosewood fretboard, ash body) and they are the most versatile HBs I've ever used. Beautiful, clear clean tones but can rock when called upon. Gets into that Gretschy ballpark but with their own flavor. Highly recommend.

Psyclone Filter Tron pickups

Replaced the garbage pickups in a Gretsch Electromatic with these pickups. Before the replacement I couldn't stand the electric sound, though I loved the guitar itself. It sounds amazing now! I also wired the neck pickup to a push/pull pot so I can get single coil/series sounds (not parallel, single). The pickups were a slightly different shape than the originals, but I just had to do a bit of work to the pickups mounting rings with a dremel and a file and drill extra holes for the height adjustment screws. The guitar now gives me everything from near acoustic sounds to jazz, rockabilly and rock sounds. Very very happy with the pickups!

Psyclones sound really great and I like them. They look good also. The only complaint I have is that you don't make them in Black Chrome. All my builds are black hardware.

Hot rodding a streamliner

Replaced the stock Broadtron in a Streamliner 2420T with the bridge Psyclone Hot. I had purchased the “entry level” model expressly for this project. Immediately transformed this model into a unique Tonal tool now with a big bold yet clear and precise sound, that turns this into a Player level instrument.. Plenty of Gretschness but with the expansive mid and low ranges I was hoping for. Yet no muddiness at all, and added improved trebles as well. This is a superior Pick up. I had thought of upgrading just the neck, but after hearing an entirely better level of tone quality, I plan on replacing the Bridge PU with a Psyclone as well. I’m Very Pleased!!
